This AHQ Council event is designed to help operators and acquisition entrepreneurs define a disciplined acquisition thesis and Investment Criteria so they know which deals to pursue, which to pass on, and how to communicate clarity to capital partners early. The day features: A keynote from an experienced HoldCo founder or serial acquirer who has completed multiple acquisitions and built a portfolio, sharing hard-earned lessons, mistakes, and how their thesis evolved over time.
